The Ford surname is generally believed to have originated as a name bestowed on someone who lived near a ford or river crossing, from the Old English ford, meaning "pass or crossing." Ford may also have derived from English places named Ford, such as Ford in Northumberland, Ford in Somerset, Ford in Shropshire, Ford in West Sussex and Forde in Dorset. John of Ford (1140 - 1214) - He completed a series of sermons about the Song of Songs (Song of Solomon) begun by the founder of the Knights Templar, Bernard of Clairvaux. He was the prior of the Cistercian monastery of Forde, then from 1186 abbot of its daughter house of Bindon, and between 1191 and 1214 the abbot of Forde. He was a friend and ally of King John during the papal interdict, receiving remuneration from the king. While prior he wrote a biography of the local anchorite Wulfric of Haselbury.
John Ford (1586 - 1639) - He was an English playwright and poet of the Jacobean and Caroline eras born in Ilsington in Devon, England. He joined an institution that was a prestigious law school but also a center of literary and dramatic activity—the Middle Temple. The Middle Temple is the western part of "The Temple", which was the headquarters of the Knights Templar until they were dissolved in 1312. There have been lawyers in the Temple since 1320, when they were the tenants of the Earl of Lancaster, who had held the Temple since 1315. The Temple later belonged to the Knights Hospitaller.
Richard Ford (1614 - 1678) - He was a member of the Merchant Adventurers by 1644, acting as governor from 1660 to 1675. He returned to England in 1652 and was a Commissioner of the East India Company, the richest and largest corporation of all time, and Deputy Governor of the Royal Adventurers in Africa Company in 1663. The East India Company has its roots tied to the Knights Templar because they added the Knight Templar Cross (Mark of Cain) onto their logo. Richard was also elected Sheriff of London for 1663–64 and Lord Mayor of London for 1670–71.
James Ford (1775 - 1833) - He was a river pirate and the leader of a gang that was later known as the "Ford's Ferry Gang". His men were the river equivalent of highway robbers. They hijacked flatboats and Ford's "own river ferry" for tradable goods from local farms that were coming down the Ohio River. He also was an associate of John Hart Crenshaw, an illegal slave trader and a kidnapper of free African Americans. They took part in the Illinois version of the Reverse Underground Railroad and the practice of illegal slave breeding.
John T. Ford (1829 - 1894) - He was the manager of the theater where the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln occurred. He was also a good friend of Lincoln's assassin John Wilkes Booth. Ford drew further suspicion upon himself by being in Richmond, Virginia, at the time of the assassination on April 14, 1865. Until April 2, 1865, Richmond had been the capital of the Confederate States of America and a center of anti-Lincoln conspiracies.
Tirey L. Ford (1857 - 1928) - He was a member of the Pacific-Union Club, Bohemian Club, Union League Club of San Francisco, Commonwealth Club of California, Press, Transportation, Merchants Institute, Amaurot, Southern Clubs, and as a Knight Templar. He was an American lawyer and Republican politician who served as a California State Senator and the 18th Attorney-General of California. He acted as General Counsel for the United Railroads in San Francisco.
Worthington C. Ford (1858 - 1941) - He served in a variety of government positions: first, as the chief of the Bureau of Statistics for the U.S. Department of State, then at the U.S. Department of Treasury, then as chief of the manuscripts division at the Library of Congress from 1902–1908. He was best known for his edited collections of a number of Founding Fathers documents. He was the great-grandson (through his mother) of Noah Webster. His two younger brothers were Paul Leicester Ford, an eminent biographer and novelist, and Malcolm Webster Ford, a distinguished amateur athlete. Both died May 8, 1902 in a murder-suicide when Malcolm shot Paul and then himself.
Robert Ford (1862 - 1892) - He was an American outlaw who killed fellow outlaw Jesse James on April 3, 1882. He and his brother Charley, both members of the James–Younger Gang under James’s leadership, went on to perform paid re-enactments of the killing at publicity events. Ford would spend his later years operating multiple saloons and dance halls in the West.
John Ford (1862 - 1941) - Ford was a member of the New York State Senate (18th D.) from 1896 to 1900. He joined William Randolph Hearst's Municipal Ownership League, was nominated on the Tammany Hall/Independence League fusion ticket for the New York Supreme Court, and was renominated on the Democratic and Republican tickets in 1920. Ford was a justice of the Supreme Court (1st D.) from 1907 to 1932 when he reached the constitutional age limit.
Henry Ford (1863 - 1947) - Ford did business with Nazi Germany, including the manufacture of war material. However, he also agreed to build warplane engines for the British government. In a letter written in 1924, Heinrich Himmler described Ford as "one of our most valuable, important, and witty fighters". Speaking in 1931 to a Detroit News reporter, Hitler said "I regard Henry Ford as my inspiration," explaining his reason for keeping a life-size portrait of Ford behind his desk. Ford left most of his vast wealth to the Ford Foundation and arranged for his family to permanently control it. A compendium of short biographies of famous Freemasons, published by a Freemason lodge, lists Ford as a member. The Grand Lodge of New York confirms that Ford was a Freemason, and was raised in Palestine Lodge No. 357, Detroit, in 1894. When he received the 33rd degree of the Scottish Rite in 1940, he said, "Masonry is the best balance wheel the United States has."
Gerald Ford (1913 - 2006) - He was an American politician who served as the 38th President of the United States from 1974 to 1977. Ford was initiated into Freemasonry on September 30, 1949 and he was made a 33° Scottish Rite Mason on September 26, 1962. According to a 1963 FBI memo that was released to the public in 2008, Ford was in contact with the FBI throughout his time on the Warren Commission and relayed information to the deputy director, Cartha DeLoach, about the panel's activities. In the preface to his book, A Presidential Legacy and The Warren Commission, Ford defended the work of the commission and reiterated his support of its conclusions.
Robert Arthur Ford (1915 - 1998) - He joined the Canadian Department of External Affairs in 1940 and was Ambassador to Colombia (1957 – 1959), Yugoslavia (1959 – 1961), United Arab Republic (1961 – 1963), and to the USSR (1964 – 1980). Ford served as a special representative of Canada at the 1st Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement in Belgrade.
Betty Ford (1918 - 2011) - She was the first lady of the United States from 1974 to 1977, as the wife of President Gerald Ford. As a supporter of abortion rights and a leader in the women's rights movement, and also became involved in causes related to HIV/AIDS. She played a role in establishing the Republican Women's Federal Forum, partnering with Barbara Bush, whose husband George H. W. Bush was chairman of the Republican National Committee at the time. In the early 1990s, Ford voiced admiration for First Lady Hillary Clinton and praised her for taking an active role in policy within her husband's administration by leading the Clinton health care plan.
Tennessee Ernie Ford (1919 - 1991) - He was a member of the occult Bohemian Club and was an American singer in the country and western, pop, and gospel musical genres. He hosted his own prime-time variety program, The Ford Show, which ran on NBC television from October 4, 1956, to June 29, 1961. Ford's last name allowed the show title to carry a unique double entendre by selling the naming rights to the Ford Motor Company.
McGeorge Bundy (1919 - 1996) - He is not part of the Ford Family but he has some interesting connections. He was a member of the Skull and Bones, where he was nicknamed ‘Odin’, member of the Council of Foreign Relation and the Bildeberg Group. He was an American academic who served as the U.S. National Security Advisor to Presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson from 1961 through 1966. He was president of the Ford Foundation from 1966 through 1979. In 1957, the first U.S. Bilderberg Conference was held on St. Simons Island, Georgia, with $30,000 from the Ford Foundation. The foundation also supplied funding for the 1959 and 1963 conferences.
John Archibald Ford (1922 - 2018) - He was a British diplomat. He served as British Ambassador to Indonesia from 1975 to 1978 and British High Commissioner to Canada from 1978 to 1981. The cabal needed trusted British Ambassadors in each territory for this to happen.
John J. Ford (1923 - 1993) - In 1951, Ford was employed by the CIA as chief of cybernetics and behavioral sciences research. Through his study of Soviet cybernetics in the 1950s, Ford was invited to the house of Secretary of Defense Robert S. McNamara on 15 October 1962, to give an informal presentation on "the serious threat to the United States and Western Society posed by increasing Soviet commitment to a fundamentally cybernetic strategy in the construction of communism" to several high-ranking governmental officials.
Robert W. Ford (1923 - 2013) - He was one of the few Westerners to be appointed by the Government of Tibet in the period of de facto independence between 1912 and the year 1950 when the Chinese army marched on Chamdo. In 1956 he was appointed at the British Diplomatic Service and served in the Foreign Office. n 1996, Ford was able to arrange the first meeting between the 14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso and a member of the British royal family. The Dalai Lama met Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, with Ford, on 17 July, at Clarence House.
Gerard W. Ford (1924 - 2008) - was an American businessman who in 1946 founded Ford Modeling Agency with his wife Eileen Ford. In 2009, the agency was bought by Altpoint, which is operated by managing partner Gerald Banks, also known as Guerman Aliev, and owned and funded by Russian oligarch Vladimir Potanin through his holding company Interros. In 1997, Boris Jordan introduced George Soros to Potanin which led to the Soros Group supported by Potanin, Anatoly Chubais, and Alfred Koch to have the controlling stake in the Russian communications monopoly over the Berezovsky-Gusinsky group.
Wendell Ford (1924 - 2015) - He served for twenty-four years in the U.S. Senate and was the 53rd Governor of Kentucky. He was the first person to be successively elected lieutenant governor, governor and United States senator in Kentucky history. The Senate Democratic whip from 1991 to 1999, he was considered the leader of the state's Democratic Party from his election to governor in 1971 until he retired from the Senate in 1999. At the time of his retirement, he was the longest-serving senator in Kentucky's history, a mark which was then surpassed by Mitch McConnell in 2009.
William Clay Ford Sr. (1925 - 2014) - He was an American businessman who served on the boards of Ford Motor Company and the Edison Institute. Ford owned the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL). He married Martha Firestone Ford, who is the granddaughter of the founder of Firestone Tire and Rubber Co., Harvey Samuel Firestone. When they got married they received gifts from F.B.I. Director J. Edgar Hoover, media publisher John S. Knight, and Mina Miller Edison.
David Ford (1935 - 2017) - He was the fifth and the last non-ethnic Chinese Chief Secretary of Hong Kong and Deputy Governor of Hong Kong from 1987 to 1993 and was Hong Kong Commissioner in London until 1997. Ford left the army in 1972 and began working in the Hong Kong government, holding a number of appointments as a senior civil servant. He became the Director of the Information Services Department in 1974 where he engaged in propaganda warfare with the communists in Hong Kong. Pro-Beijing newspapers believed Ford was an MI6 agent due to his military background.
Francis Ford Coppola (1939 - Present) - At the time of Coppola's birth, his father was an arranger and assistant orchestra director for The Ford Sunday Evening Hour, an hour-long concert music radio series sponsored by the Ford Motor Company. Coppola was born at Henry Ford Hospital, and those two connections to Henry Ford inspired the Coppolas to choose the middle name "Ford" for their son. He is known as the Director of the Godfather films. Coppola is renowned for being a financial and moral supporter of disgraced film director Victor Salva. When Salva was charged with multiple child sexual abuse and child pornography offenses during the production of Clownhouse, a film Coppola produced via American Zoetrope. In a 2006 write-up, he said:
"You have to remember, while this was a tragedy, that the difference in age between Victor and the boy was very small -- Victor was practically a child himself.”
In actuality, Salva was 29 while the boy was 12. Coppola has continued to support Salva financially and professionally throughout the years since. After the post-production of Clownhouse was over Coppola told the boy he would never work in the industry again, and he never did. Coppola later tried to sue him for breach of contract.
Harrison Ford (1942 - Present) - His mother, Dorothy Nidelman, was an Ashkenazi Jew whose parents were emigrants from Minsk, Belarus, then in the Russian Empire. Along with Mark Hamill, Ford worked with the anti-Trump Republican group The Lincoln Project to produce and narrate a 2020 election ad attacking Trump's disparaging of Anthony Fauci. In 2009, Ford signed a petition calling for the release of film director Roman Polanski, who had been arrested in Switzerland in relation to his 1977 charge for drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl.
Edsel Ford II (1948 - Present) - He is the great-grandson of Henry Ford I, grandson of Edsel Ford I, and the only son of Henry Ford II. He served as a member of the board of directors of Ford Motor Company for 33 years before announcing his retirement, and serves on the finance committee and sustainability and innovation committee.He was previously chairman of the National Advisory Board of the Salvation Army and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago Detroit Branch.
Robert Stephen Ford (1958 - Present) - He is a retired American diplomat who served as the United States Ambassador to Algeria from 2006 to 2008 and the United States Ambassador to Syria from 2011 to 2014. He was appointed by George W. Bush in 2006 to Algeria and by Barack Obama in 2010 to Syria.
Tom Ford (1961 - Present) - He launched the luxury fashion house Tom Ford SA in 2005, having previously served as the creative director at Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent.He currently serves as the chairman of the Board of the Council of Fashion Designers of America. In September 2013, hip-hop artist Jay-Z released the song “Tom Ford” as a single from his album Magna Carta Holy Grail. He has been called the "King of Sex" and "the straightest gay man in the world".
Christine Blasey Ford (1966 - Present) - In September 2018, Ford alleged that then-U.S. Supreme Court Trump nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in Bethesda, Maryland, when they were teenagers in the summer of 1982. Ford decided to take the matter to Senator Dianne Feinstein, one of Ford's senators in California and the ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, which would deliberate Kavanaugh's nomination.
Michael W. Ford (1976 - Present) - He has self-published over 20 books on the occult such as Bible of the Adversary, Luciferian Witchcraft, and Wisdom of Eosphoros. He is also the former co-president of the now closed Greater Church of Lucifer (GCOL) which was the first Luciferian building in the United States. In 1993, Ford formed Black Funeral, a black metal band, in Indianapolis. He relocated to Houston, Texas to continue making black metal music.

I am now looking into the census, bureau of statistics (Bundy.) I think one of their main storage buildings burned with tons of info. I guess that is how this works. You start my brain jumping.
